(TIO) is a healing arts studio and sacred sanctuary dedicated to nurturing the mind, body, and spirit. We offer a serene space for restoration, inner alignment, and self-discovery through holistic practices such as Reiki Energy Healing, Therapeutic Sound Healing SoundBath, Meditation, Lifestyle Alchemy/Transpersonal Coaching Intuitive Guidance, Qigong, Tai Chi and more.
