Enjoy a unique, deeply immersive, meditative, sensory experience with the primary focus toward healing relaxation - either floating weightlessly on an individual water-based floating air raft, or resting stationarily on a ground-based mat or lounge chair - while surrounded by the resonant vibrations of various acoustic healing sound instruments, such as crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums, as soothing vibroacoustic frequencies flow through the air - amplified by the water - to relieve tension, promote soothing meditative states, and regulate your parasympathetic nervous system.
The experience includes mindful activities to aid you in grounding before settling into the sound journey, as well as the return integration. Light bites will also be available after the sound bath reintegration.
